DADiSP / SRS 2.0
Shock Response Spectrum Module
DADiSP / SRS 2.0 is a menu driven module designed for the analysis of the Shock Response Spectrum (SRS). SRS Analysis is a useful tool in minimizing the potential damage to a component due to shock. SRS is employed in industries such as aerospace engineering, automotive engineering, Department of Defense and ordnance evaluation.
Given acceleration time history data, the SRS module allows the user to choose from a variety of industry standard analysis methods and select the desired frequency range and spacing. The damping ratio or Q factor is also adjustable.
Key Features
- Simple Dialog Box User Interface
- Ramp Invariant (Smallwood) Step Response Matching Algorithm
- Impulse Invariant Impulse Response Matching Algorithm
- Bilinear Transform Frequency Response Matching Algorithm
- Whole Octave Frequency Spacing
- Fractional (1/N) Octave Frequency Spacing
- Linear Frequency Spacing
- Adjustable Damping Ratio / Q Factor
- Multiple Output Responses
New Features
DADiSP/SRS 2.0 includes a variety of output results to determine the overall shock response spectrum. The absolute maximum, also known as the maxi-max response (the maximum of the absolute value of the max and min response), maximum magnitude, minimum magnitude, positive response and negative response at each natural frequency can be determined.
Using DADiSP’s powerful overplot and overlay capabilities, a complete and/or custom graphical representation of the shock response spectrum can easily be contructed from any time series.
DADiSP/SRS 2.0 New Feature Summary
- Absolute Maximum Response
- Maximum Magnitude Response
- Minimum Magnitude Response
- Positive Response
- Negative Response

Was sagen unsere Kunden über uns?
The training session has been invaluable. Your expertise and your patience are exemplary. It cannot be easy to teach a 75 year old new tricks but you have done so with the utmost understanding. The software is extraordinarily powerful: you have explained how to use it in simple and understandable terms.
SFThank you for all your efforts. A perfect example of what support should be. Again thank you.
GTI would like to sincerely thank you for your extremely prompt and efficient service – much appreciated and rare these days.
